MATCH-X Series barrels start with 416-R stainless steel and 5R button rifling. The 5R geometry is designed to reduce jacket deformation and support consistent performance while remaining easy to maintain. Unlike nitrided barrels, MATCH-X features an uncoated, media-blasted (bead blasted) stainless exterior that delivers the series’ signature matte finish.
A Nickel Teflon coated DPMS/LR-308 compatible extension adds corrosion resistance and dry lubricity at the receiver interface. Finished with a recessed 11-degree target crown and MPI inspection, this barrel is proudly American-made by a family-owned manufacturer in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio.
