20” Big Gunner .308win
I haven’t installed it yet, but Faxon got it to me quickly. The finish is immaculate. I’ve purchased from Faxon before, and have been impressed by their quality. I can’t wait to try it out.

Balanced
This makes a great SPR/DMR barrel as it drops a significant amount of weight off the front of the gun to make it much more maneuverable. I was able to shoot a 1.125 inch group at 100 yards with the first 4 shots being well under an inch. I really think the barrel profile is the perfect balance between sturdy enough for a suppresor or moderately extended strings of fire but light enough to easily fire unsupported. Mine ejects at 2:00 to 3:00 with a 5.6 oz buffer; so, it's moderately overgassed. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Awesome barrel, fit perfectly and was packaged very well to protect it from shipping damages. Please get a chart for gas tube lengths needed per barrel so I can order the correct one the first time.

Good weight and finish
This is my first Faxon barrel and I'm definitely going to get more. The finish is excellent, the fit was amazing. Headspacing was spot-on. I was a bit confused by the two colored dots at the top of the extension, but not a huge deal. Gas block OD was *perfect*, as Ace Ventura would say, "Like a glove!" Crown was spiffy as hell and the weight overall is very good. Definitely worth it.
