The Faxon Match Series 12.5" 6mm ARC Gunner Barreled Upper – Suppressor Ready is built for shooters who want a compact, do-it-all 6mm ARC setup that’s easy to tune suppressed. This is a barreled upper assembly (not a complete firearm) that ships configured with an adjustable gas block and gas tube so you can dial in cycling for your ammo, suppressor, and preferred recoil impulse.
At the core is the Faxon Match Series Gunner Profile 12.5" Carbine-Length 6mm ARC AR15 Barrel, paired with the FAXON Enhanced Forged AR15 Upper Receiver and a rigid, lightweight Faxon Streamline Aluminum M-LOK 10.75" handguard. Up front, the included Faxon MuzzLok® Plan B compatible flash hider (5/8x24, .375" bore) gives you a modern mount path for Plan B compatible suppressor setups.

Is this a complete firearm?▾
No. This is a barreled upper assembly. You’ll need a compatible AR15 lower receiver, plus a bolt carrier group and charging handle to complete a build.
What does “Suppressor Ready” mean on this upper?▾
This upper includes a Faxon patented adjustable .750" gas block and the correct gas tube so you can tune the rifle for suppressor backpressure, ammo selection, and cycling preference. Additionally, a Faxon Plan B Compatible MuzzLok® Muzzle device comes pre-installed so you can easily mount your suppressor. What gas system length is used?▾
This upper uses a carbine-length gas system and includes a carbine-length stainless gas tube.
What muzzle threads and mount compatibility does it use?▾
The included muzzle device is a Plan B compatible flash hider with 5/8x24 threads and a .375" bore. Always confirm suppressor mount and bore requirements before firing.
What’s this upper best used for?▾
It’s ideal for compact 6mm ARC builds where you want a shorter overall package with strong downrange performance—especially for suppressed SBR setups and hunting rigs where you’ll benefit from adjustable gas tuning.
Will any AR15 bolt carrier group work?▾
Use of a designated 6mm ARC or 6.5 Grendel Type II Bolt in an AR15-style carrier is required. For suppressed use, reliability comes down to the full system (ammo, magazine, extractor/ejector condition, and gas tuning). The adjustable gas block helps you dial in smooth, consistent cycling.
