Manufactured 100% in-house from 416-R stainless steel, Match Series barrels feature 5R button rifling, a geometry that reduces jacket deformation and promotes consistent velocities while remaining easy to maintain. After machining, the barrel receives a salt bath nitride (QPQ) treatment inside and out, improving wear resistance, corrosion protection, and barrel life.
The heavy fluted profile reduces overall mass while preserving rigidity and increasing surface area for improved heat dissipation during extended firing strings. A Nickel Teflon coated DPMS/LR-308 compatible extension enhances corrosion resistance and provides a smooth receiver interface. Precision
This barrel not only looks amazing, but it shoots like a laser. 500 yards prone, I’m holding about 3” some rounds are on top of each other in 5 round groupings. Sub MOA barrel for sure!!! I cannot wait until I get this I’m the 1,000 yard range.
