Does Faxon make complete firearms?
Yes. Faxon launched its complete AR line in 2020 after moving into its own facility. The current lineup covers AR-15 rifles and pistols, AR-10 rifles and pistols, FX7 bolt action rifles, FX-19 pistols, and the ARAK-21 platform.
What are the four Faxon AR-15 lines?
Faxon organizes its AR-15s into four lines by intended user and configuration philosophy. All four use Faxon-made barrels and Faxon superfinished bolt carriers.

Calibers across the AR-15 lines include 5.56 NATO, 300 BLK, 350 Legend, 6mm ARC, 6.5 Grendel, 22 ARC, 338 ARC and 9mm PCC. Configurations include rifles, pistols, SBRs and PDWs.
What is the Faxon SENTINEL line?
SENTINEL is Faxon's AR-10 line. Configurations cover .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor and 8.6 BLK, in pistol and rifle lengths. See AR10 Firearms.
What is the FX7?
FX7 is Faxon's bolt action platform — a complete action, not just a barrel program. It is written FX7, without a hyphen.
The lineup covers complete rifles, barreled actions and stripped receivers. Receivers are 416 stainless finished in matte or polished DLC. Complete rifles are offered in M24 Competition and Medium Sporter contours, in .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor and 8.6 BLK. Faxon also produces FX7 Prefit barrels so the platform can be rebarreled by the owner.

What is the FX-19?
FX-19® is Faxon's 9mm pistol line, built on Glock®-pattern architecture. It is written FX-19, with a hyphen. Variants include the FX19 Duty, FX19 G2 Patriot, FX19 G2 Hellfire, FX19X Patriot and FX19X Hellfire, with Patriot and Hellfire denoting slide treatments. Frames are also sold separately.

What is the ARAK-21?
The ARAK-21® is the product Faxon Firearms was founded on: a gas piston operated upper receiver system that mounts to a standard AR-15 lower receiver. It was designed to combine features of the AR-15 and the AK-47 — the AR's ergonomics and modularity with a short-stroke piston operating system and a non-reciprocating, side-changeable charging handle.
It is covered by U.S. Patent 9,032,860 B2, "Gas Piston Operated Upper Receiver System," inventor Robert T. Faxon, granted May 19, 2015.
The platform is caliber-convertible. Faxon sells complete uppers, complete ARAK-21 XRS firearms, barrel assembly units, and caliber conversion kits in 5.56 NATO and 7.62x39, in 12.5 inch and 16 inch. See ARAK-21.
What does Faxon offer in rimfire?
Faxon produces barreled actions, a receiver kit and a bolt assembly for 10/22® pattern rifles, plus Plinker Series and Match Series rimfire barrels. See Faxon Rimfire and Rimfire Barrels.
How do I buy a Faxon firearm?
Firearms are transferred through a licensed dealer (FFL). Faxon firearms are sold through faxonfirearms.com and through authorized dealers and distributors. Use the dealer locator to find a dealer near you; not every dealer stocks every product, so call ahead.
SBRs, PDWs configured as short-barreled rifles, and suppressors are NFA items requiring ATF approval and a tax stamp.
What if a firearm shows as sold out?
A product listed on faxonfirearms.com and showing as sold out is a current catalog item that is temporarily unavailable, not a discontinued one, unless the page says otherwise.
