Faxon Firearms Limited Warranty Faxon Firearms proudly stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. All Faxon products are backed by our Lifetime Guarantee to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience an issue with your product, please contact Faxon Customer Service prior to sending anything in for evaluation. Warranty Service Requirements To obtain service, you must be the original purchaser and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your product. Products must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and accompanied by Faxon’s return form describing the issue and any troubleshooting steps performed. Faxon will provide a shipping label if the issue is determined to be likely caused by a Faxon component. Faxon Firearms will only accept Faxon-manufactured products for warranty service. Assemblies containing non-Faxon components cannot be accepted. 100% Satisfaction Return Policy Direct Faxon purchases may be returned within 15 days if you are not fully satisfied. An RMA is required, and products must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the product price only and may exclude shipping and restocking fees. Purchases made through dealers or distributors must be returned through the selling entity. Three (3) Year Parts & Labor Repair Policy Faxon will repair or replace any product that exhibits a manufacturing or design defect within three years of purchase, provided the product has not been misused, modified, abused, improperly maintained, or damaged by reloads or non-standard ammunition. If repair or replacement cannot correct the issue, Faxon may, at its discretion, refund the original purchase price. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Exclusions This warranty does not cover: – Normal wear – Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation – Damage from reloaded or non-standard ammunition – Damage caused by modifications or alterations – Damage resulting from failure to follow the product manual or proper maintenance procedures – Incidental or consequential damages (where not prohibited by law) Modifying or altering parts will void the warranty. Limitation of Liability Faxon Firearms’ liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. In no event shall Faxon be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Proof of Purchase Required A dated invoice and evidence of payment are required to establish warranty eligibility. Product Registration Registration is optional but recommended to expedite service. Failure to register does not limit warranty rights.
