Seeing “MIL-SPEC” as only the starting point, Faxon refines the details—materials, inspection, heat treat, and surface finishes—to deliver a BCG built for demanding shooters.
This BCG starts with a 9310 tool steel bolt that is MPI tested, heat-treated, and shot-peened. The bolt and carrier are salt bath nitrided to increase surface hardness and corrosion resistance, while the carrier and gas key feature TiN PVD coating for added wear resistance and a distinctive, high-performance finish. Faxon’s Superfinish on the carrier body helps reduce friction and fouling for easier cleaning and consistent operation.

Best BCG I’ve ever had!
If you are looking for an amazing BCG look no further. I’m a gunsmith in Colorado. This is by far the best BCG I’ve ordered. Not only does it look great it cleans up amazing and runs very smooth. I’ve matched this BCG with binaries and mil spec triggers and it runs. Lost count of how many rounds I ran through at the last range but it ejected and ran very well. Definitely gonna get more of them and recommend them highly!
