MUZZLOK®

Faxon's invented "MuzzLok" feature on this device allows for easy timing and installation of your device without the need for a crush washer or shims. By using the extension nut to adjust the length of the device, you can adjust the rotational timing. It is recommended that you tighten the device to the recommended torque specification of 20-25 foot pounds. By not having to overcome the resistance of the crush washer, this allows devices to be removed and reinstalled in the field if desired.

    Muzzle lock feature

    I've alway used jam nuts instead of crushwashers because even with shims, timing can be a pain in the arsenal. Plus, once you tighten the washer it's literally garbage. Jam nuts are great, but they can sometimes rattle loose even with the best care taken. With this Muzzlok muzzle device, I can move this thing around as many times as i want, whether it be to clean or to simply run a different device or move it to a different barrel to see how it runs, I have unlimited attempts to make it just right. Honestly, after receiving this item, along with a faxon glock barrel, I am now a huge fan of Faxon products. Please start making different styles of devices utilizing this design from .22 all the way to .45. A really nice 3 or 4 prong open tine flashhider would be sweet. Some pistol designs would also be appreciated. Great product, I will be ordering more in the future.

    Looks like a great product. Unfortunately I failed to check the thread on the flash hider, and on my barrel, so had to return. Extremely well manufactured.
