Integrally machined slim flash hider for a legal 16" OAL — no pin & weld required. Purpose-built for AR-9 blowback systems.
The Faxon Integral® 16" Light Taper 9mm barrel gives AR-9 builders the compact handling of a short barrel with the compliance of a 16" overall length. The integral slim flash hider is machined as part of the barrel blank, ensuring perfect concentricity, a clean look, and durable performance without any pin-and-weld.
Optimized for straight blowback operation, this barrel features a light taper pistol-caliber profile, 4150 CMV steel, and a QPQ nitride finish inside and out. Feed ramps are compatible with both Glock-pattern and Colt-pattern systems for broad component compatibility.

If you are wanting to stick with a 16” barrel and note go the 9mm pistol or SBR route, the integral flash hider and compensated 9mm barrels are awesome options! As usual for Faxon, great fit, finish, and accuracy!
