Faxon Match Series Flame Fluted® Barrel for G17 Gen 5 9mm Nitride
Faxon’s Match Series pistol barrels for Glock® G17 are machined 100% in-house from stress-relieved 416-R stainless steel. These barrels are then given a black Nitride or PVD coating to increase lubricity, barrel life, and resistance to surface wear. All barrels are conventionally rifled to allow a wider range of ammunition to be used, including cast lead. The barrels drop into factory-spec slides with no gunsmithing required. Better-than-factory tolerances ensure a consistent, tighter lockup than OEM.
The Faxon Match Series Flame Fluted® Barrel for Glock® G17 Gen 5–6 is a premium full-size upgrade that delivers match-grade accuracy with patented lightweight design and exceptional performance. Featuring the signature Flame Fluted® profile for reduced weight and superior heat dissipation, along with a durable salt bath nitride finish inside and out, this non-threaded barrel is ideal for competition, duty, precision training, or custom Gen 5–6 G17 builds where reliability and precision are paramount.

Excellent barrel!
Bought this as an upgrade for a G17 we have to demo and test it for functionality and reliability. Most aftermarket Glock barrels have some issues with fitment, accuracy or "break-in", but this Faxon barrel has had zero issues with 500 rounds through so far! We feel the fit, functionality and accuracy is exactly what people will want in a match barrel. Plus, it looks great too!

Quality
I've seen other barrels of higher prices, the pure quality of Faxon barrels is outstanding surpassing the overpriced ones. No price gouging here.
