AR15 Mil-Spec Castle Nut Lower Build Part
The Faxon AR15 Mil-Spec Castle Nut threads onto the receiver extension (buffer tube) behind the end plate, locking the tube in position against the lower receiver. It’s a basic but essential part of any AR15 stock or brace installation.
Tighten it with a proper AR armorer’s wrench, and stake the end plate into the castle nut to keep it from backing loose.
