Our Trusted Distribution Partner program lets us offer a curated selection of name-brand firearms components from authorized industry distributors, shipped directly to you. We handle the order, the support, and the returns — our partners handle the warehouse and the box.

For partner-fulfilled items, our distributor ships the product directly from their warehouse — often arriving faster than a stop through ours would allow.

Partner-fulfilled products carry the same warranty as if you'd purchased directly from the brand. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer.

Faxon Customer Service

For order, shipping, and return questions, you deal with Faxon directly. Manufacturer warranty claims go straight to the manufacturer.

Shipping & returns, in plain English.

Shipping

  • Ship time: Trusted Distribution Partner items typically ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.
  • Tracking: Sent from Faxon Firearms as soon as the partner hands the package to the carrier.
  • Split shipments: Faxon-fulfilled and partner-fulfilled items arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.
  • No surcharge: Your shipping cost at checkout covers the entire order, regardless of how many locations it ships from.

Returns & warranty

  • Returns & exchanges: Handled by Faxon Customer Service rather than the self-service returns portal, so we can coordinate with our partner on your behalf.
  • How to start a return: Email customerservice@faxonfirearms.com or use our Support page and select Refund / Return.
  • Eligibility: Same rules as direct Faxon purchases — unused, in original packaging, within the return window.
  • Warranty claims: Manufacturer warranties are administered by the product's manufacturer. For warranty service, contact the manufacturer directly using the information provided with your product.

Why doesn't Faxon just stock these products in-house? +

Some products are made in such low volume or for such specific applications that warehousing them ourselves wouldn't make sense for our customers. Our distribution partners already specialize in stocking those products, and partnering with them lets us offer a wider, deeper selection without raising prices.

Will I know an item is partner-fulfilled before I buy? +

Yes. The Trusted Distribution Partner badge appears prominently below the price on every partner-fulfilled product page, along with a shipping & returns FAQ specific to those items. You'll also see fulfillment information in your cart and on your order confirmation.

Are partner-fulfilled products more expensive? +

No. We price partner-fulfilled products competitively with direct purchase from the manufacturer or any other authorized retailer. Shipping cost at checkout covers your entire order — we don't charge extra for split shipments.

Who are your Trusted Distribution Partners? +

We partner with a small number of established firearms-industry distributors that meet our standards for authorization, inventory integrity, and shipping reliability. We don't publish partner names individually so we have flexibility to adjust the program over time — but every partner is an authorized distributor of the brands they carry.

What if my partner-shipped item arrives damaged or incorrect? +

Contact Faxon Customer Service right away at customerservice@faxonfirearms.com or through our Support page. For shipping damage or incorrect items at delivery, we'll coordinate a replacement or refund with our partner and keep you informed at every step. You should never have to call our distributor directly.

How do I make a manufacturer warranty claim on a partner-fulfilled item? +

Manufacturer warranties on Trusted Distribution Partner products are administered directly by the manufacturer of the product — not by Faxon. To file a warranty claim, contact the manufacturer using the warranty information included with your product or on their website.
