Suppressors

Faxon Firearms designs and manufactures rifle and pistol suppressors using advanced materials — including Grade 5 titanium, Haynes® 282 superalloy, and Inconel® blast baffles — for shooters who demand low signature, minimal backpressure, and repeatable accuracy. Every Faxon suppressor is engineered and built in Cincinnati, Ohio, backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification and a lifetime guarantee.

Choose from the HARMONIX® Sentry and HARMONIX® ION series for 3D-printed titanium and superalloy performance, the CORESYNC® removable-core system for easy maintenance, or the Twenty-Toucan® modular rimfire silencer rated for full-auto fire. Available in 5.56 NATO, .30 caliber, .36 caliber, .22 LR, 5.7x28mm, and multi-caliber configurations.

New for 2026: The federal $200 NFA tax stamp on silencers has been eliminated — there has never been a better time to buy your first suppressor.

Why Shooters Choose Faxon Suppressors

Faxon Firearms entered the suppressor market with a fundamentally different manufacturing approach. Instead of conventional welded baffles and tube construction, Faxon uses additive manufacturing — 3D metal printing — to produce complex internal geometries that optimize gas flow, reduce turbulence, and deliver measurable sound reduction without excessive backpressure. The result is a suppressor line built on aerospace-grade materials and precision engineering: the same philosophy behind Faxon’s match-grade barrels trusted by competitive and duty shooters since 2012.

Every Faxon suppressor ships from our ISO 9001:2015-certified facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is backed by Faxon’s Limited Lifetime Guarantee.

HARMONIX® Series — 3D-Printed Titanium & Superalloy Rifle Suppressors

The HARMONIX® line is Faxon’s flagship suppressor family. All models feature high-temperature ceramic coating, universal hub mount compatibility, low backpressure with excellent sound and flash reduction, and full-auto ratings. Available in three tiers:

Harmonix® Sentry — Built entirely from Haynes® 282 superalloy, the Sentry delivers exceptional durability and heat resistance for sustained and full-auto fire. Approximately 14 oz. Available in 5.56, .30 cal, and .36 cal. MSRP $1,099.

Harmonix® ION — Full Grade 5 titanium construction at approximately 8 oz, the ION is built for shooters who prioritize weight savings without sacrificing sound suppression. Ideal for lightweight rifle builds, hunting, and carbine use. Available in 5.56, .30 cal, and .36 cal. MSRP $975.

Harmonix® Ti•Conel®New for 2026. Combines a titanium body with a 3D-printed Inconel® blast baffle — titanium weight savings where it counts, superalloy durability where it matters most. Available in 5.56, .30 cal, and .36 cal. MSRP $1,050.

CORESYNC® — Removable-Core Rifle Suppressor

The CORESYNC® pairs a precision-machined 17-4 stainless steel outer body with a 3D-printed Haynes® 282 superalloy baffle core that slides out for cleaning, inspection, or replacement. This fully serviceable design extends service life and simplifies maintenance compared to sealed welded-baffle suppressors. Designed for low backpressure and reliable function across platforms — from precision bolt guns to hard-running duty ARs.

Available in 5.56, .30 cal, and .36 cal at $975 each, or as the CORESYNC® Multical Kit No. 1 ($2,100) — new for 2026 — which includes one serialized suppressor body with three interchangeable caliber-marked cores, mounts, and end caps (5.56, .30 cal, .36 cal) so you can run multiple calibers from a single host.

Twenty-Toucan® — Modular Rimfire & 5.7x28mm Suppressor

The Twenty-Toucan® is Faxon’s modular .22 caliber suppressor, engineered for shooters who want maximum tuning control. Built from nitrided 17-4 stainless steel with a configurable baffle stack, it runs in full-length configuration (5.75", 8 oz) or short K-configuration (3.87", 5.1 oz). Rated for full-auto fire on .22 LR, .22 Mag, and 5.7x28mm (with 5" minimum barrel). No semi-auto barrel restrictions. Fully user-serviceable. 1/2x28 direct thread. MSRP $400.

Suppressor Mounts & MuzzLok® Muzzle Devices

Every HARMONIX® and CORESYNC® suppressor uses Faxon’s universal hub mount system. We offer direct thread to hub adapters in stainless steel ($65) and titanium ($95) for 1/2x28, 5/8x24, 11/16x24, and M18x1.5 thread pitches, plus Plan B compatible hub adapters for shooters already running Q-pattern mounts.

Pair your suppressor with a MuzzLok® muzzle device for shim-free, crushwasher-free installation — perfect timing every time using Faxon’s left-hand locking nut system. MuzzLok® Plan B compatible muzzle brakes, flash hiders, and 3-prong flash hiders start at $85.

How to Buy a Faxon Suppressor in 2026

Buying a suppressor is simpler than most people think, and as of January 1, 2026, the federal $200 NFA tax stamp has been eliminated — you no longer pay the tax when purchasing a silencer. Here is how the process works:

1. Choose your suppressor on FaxonFirearms.com or through an authorized dealer like Silencer Shop.
2. Complete your ATF eForm 4 — your dealer helps you submit the paperwork, fingerprints, and photo electronically.
3. Wait for approval — current eForm 4 processing times average 1–21 days for individual applicants as of early 2026.
4. Pick up your suppressor at your local FFL/SOT dealer once approved.

You must be 21 years or older, a legal U.S. resident, and able to pass a NICS background check. Suppressors are legal in 42 states. Check your state and local laws before ordering.
