6.5 Creedmoor
Faxon Match Series 6.5 Creedmoor barrels are precision-engineered AR-10 barrels built for shooters pursuing maximum accuracy and extended-range performance from the 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge. Manufactured in the USA from premium 416-R stainless steel, each barrel features 5R rifling to reduce jacket deformation, a recessed 11-degree target crown for consistent bullet release, and a nickel-Teflon® coated barrel extension for smooth, repeatable lockup.
Every Match Series barrel is fully machined and stress relieved in-house, air gauge inspected for bore uniformity, and 100% magnetic particle inspected to verify material integrity after machining. Barrels receive a salt bath nitride finish to enhance durability and corrosion resistance while preserving precision. Offered in Gunner, Heavy Fluted, and Flame Fluted® profiles from 18" to 24", Match Series 6.5 Creedmoor barrels deliver competition-ready performance for AR-10 platforms.
