Faxon Match Series 6.5 Grendel barrels are precision-engineered AR-15 barrels designed to deliver exceptional accuracy, consistency, and efficiency from the 6.5 Grendel platform. Manufactured in the USA from premium 416-R stainless steel, each barrel features 5R rifling to reduce jacket deformation, a recessed 11-degree target crown for consistent bullet exit, and a nickel-Teflon® coated barrel extension for smooth, reliable lockup.
Every Match Series barrel is fully machined and stress relieved in-house, air gauge inspected for bore uniformity, and 100% magnetic particle inspected to verify material integrity after machining. Barrels receive a salt bath nitride finish to enhance surface durability and corrosion resistance while maintaining precision. Offered in multiple profiles and barrel lengths, Match Series 6.5 Grendel barrels deliver refined, match-grade performance in a ready-to-run format.
