I confirm this item is within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery, is in new/original condition, and meets Faxon Firearms' return policy requirements. I understand that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and that items showing signs of modification or misuse are not eligible for return.

Return Policy

We understand that life happens and that often a purchase will need to be returned. Customers may return any product, for any reason, in line with the requirements and policies below.

  • Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging and return shipped in a protective box.
  • Full refund including shipping if the return resulted from our error; otherwise shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refund issued within 10 business days of receiving your return, in the same form of payment used for purchase.
  • No return granted for product that has been modified in any way.
  • No returns after 30 days from the delivery date of the product.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
? Dealer & Authorized Retailer PurchasesAll product warranty replacements can be handled directly by Faxon, regardless of where the item was purchased. However, refunds for products purchased through an authorized dealer must be processed through the dealer of purchase — Faxon can only issue refunds for products purchased directly through FaxonFirearms.com. Note that some authorized dealers carry exclusive product configurations that Faxon does not stock independently, and replacement inventory may not be available for those specific items.
⚠️ Serialized Items, Complete Firearms & NFA ItemsComplete firearms, serialized receivers, and NFA items (including suppressors) cannot be returned through this form. Please contact us at customerservice@faxonfirearms.com or (513) 280-8861. For NFA items, email your SOT information to NFA@FaxonFirearms.com.

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong item shipped by Faxon
  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • Warranty replacements — regardless of purchase location

Shipping Information
Our CarriersWe utilize FedEx & USPS as our primary carriers. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and your distance from Faxon. We can ship USPS to Alaska and Hawaii.
Faxon Error ReturnsFor any errors on Faxon's part, Faxon will dispatch a FedEx Ground label for the return. Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement will be sent via FedEx Ground with tracking.
