The Faxon Match Series 20" Heavy Fluted 6mm ARC Barrel delivers superior accuracy, balance, and cooling performance for long-range precision shooting. The Heavy Fluted profile combines rigidity and heat dissipation for consistent shot placement, even under sustained fire.
Each barrel is 100% manufactured in-house from 416R stainless steel with 5R hybrid rifling that improves velocity, reduces jacket deformation, and simplifies cleaning. Inside and out, the Salt Bath Nitride finish locks in the bore, increases corrosion resistance, and extends barrel life.
The Nickel Teflon-coated M4 barrel extension provides smoother bolt engagement, exceptional corrosion resistance, and a tight receiver fit to further enhance accuracy.

6mm ARC 20inch heavy fluted barrel
This is the second upper I've built for an AR and my first Faxon product, and the fit and finish on this barrel is very nice. I don't have a ton of rounds through this barrel yet but so far I am very happy with the results out to 300yards with factory ammo. Will be a fun target gun and will be great for white tail this year. This won't be my last Faxon purchase.

This barrel is extremely accurate, I have no problem grouping 0.5 moa at 100 yards. And its much more light weight than the ballistic advantage barrel. I highly recommend it

1st blush
The barrel does the work for accuracy. High end parts for support--3.5# aftermarket trigger, matched upper and lower, Aero bolt etc, etc... Shot Hornady 103 gr ELD-X; stacked one upon another fresh from the start; am looking only to get better with further break-in. Get you some venison--out to about 300 yds with full confidence, still has 1100+ ft-lbs energy. Light weight build even with Eliminator lll ballistic calculator scope--would hike anywhere with the combo.
