Perfect for any rail system, these ultra-low profile gas blocks are the ideal companion for Faxon Firearms (or any other) barrels with a standard diameter gas journal. Made from high-strength steel, all our gas blocks are a matching black luster to our barrels.
For lightweight builds, the block is drilled through the middle of the profile. The gas block clamps on to the barrel using 3 allen keys on the bottom of the block.
*Faxon Firearms highly recommends the use of Loc-Tite or similar thread-locking compounds. Gas blocks will get very hot, so pick a compound according to your intended use of the firearm.

awesome gas block!
Love the 3 set screw design. The most important piece in the gas system 3 screws are better than 2! Tight fit for the gas tube & snug fit on the barrel. All three tolerances are perfect.

The gunsmith that did the barrel change commented he really liked because of the 3 mounting screw rather than the normal 2

Great Quality - Lightweight - Easy to install
The gas block arrived quickly, and well packaged. The fit and finish are quite good....matches the 16 inch Faxon barrel in color. It was easy to install (Not divots in the barrel or anything specialized required, just line it up with the gas hole in the barrel and tighten down the three set screws (be sure to use some thread locker so they don't come loose.) Over all I am happy and feel that I got a great product for the money.

Excellent gas block
I only see two ways this has block could be any better, offer it made out of titanium and offer a version that allows it to be pinned. I'm very happy with it as is though and will use these blocks for any future builds that don't require a pinned gas block.

Works Like It Should
Fabrication quality is excellent, looks and feels really nice and solid. Haven't shot much yet but did a test fire after assembly and it works. Not much else to say

Gas block looks great. Nice finish, no machine marks,looking forward to putting it on my Gunner barrel with the with the Faxon gas tube.

Great Product
Just received this gas block and it's a very nice piece of engineering. Ultra-lightweight, 3 set screws, weapon cycles great. What more could you ask for, I would recommend to a friend.
