Faxon is proud to offer the Gen 2 Streamline Series of handguards to compliment any Modern Sporting Rifle.

True to their namesake, the new Streamline handguards are a sleek and low-profile solution for those looking for a slimmer handguard with flexible mounting.  The Gen 2 Streamline Aluminum Handguards feature M-LOK mounting slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. Further, the Streamline features an uninterrupted MIL-STD 1913 “Picatinny” rail across the entire length of the handguard. Rail slots are directly engraved with “T” marks during machining to identify accessory placement. New for our Gen 2 handguards is a removable anti-rotation tab that gives the customer the flexibility of using either a Billet or Mil-Spec upper receiver. Finally, our Gen 2 Streamline handguards come equipped with two integral QD sling swivel mounting points at the front 3 and 6 o'clock positions of the handguard.

The handguard is 100% made in the USA from extruded 6061 aluminum. The handguards are hard-coat anodized black and feature a steel barrel nut. Mounting is extremely simple with common tools and the handguard features alignment tabs to ensure it cannot rotate during vigorous movement.

    Faxon 15" streamline handguard

The 15" streamile handguard is well built and light. It was easy to install and fits seamlessly with my Aeo XL upper and the Faxon 20" 350 legend barrel. No armor wrench is needed to install the barrel nut however the wheeler armor wrench is unable to be used period and you need a 1-3/16 claw wrench to install the barrel nut for specific torque. I want to give this a 5 star but as no barrel nut wrench was included and I need to purchase a claw wrench to get proper torque, I have to give the the handguard a 4 star. Will purchase again even without a claw wrench as claw wrenches are approximately 5 to 10 dollars.
