Faxon is proud to offer the STREAMLINE Series of handguards to compliment any Modern Sporting Rifle.
True to their namesake, the new Streamline handguards are a sleek and low-profile solution for those looking for a slimmer handguard with flexible mounting. Further, the Streamline features an uninterrupted MIL-STD 1913 “Picatinny” rail across the top and 7 facets of M-LOK cuts at the 90 and 45-degree facets. Rail slots are directly engraved with “T” marks during machining to identify accessory placement, anodized or if customers opt for custom coatings.
The handguard is 100% made in the USA from extruded 6061 aluminum. The handguards are hard-coat anodized black and feature a steel barrel nut. Mounting is extremely simple with common tools and the handguard features alignment tabs to ensure it cannot rotate during vigorous movement.
STREAMLINE handguards are available in four lengths, 15”, 13”, 9”, and 7”.
Fits beautifully and looks great. All of my rails and accesories fit perfectly. Great product as always! Craig Cary on 8th Feb 2017
Well made, simple to install and use, the Faxon handguard is a great handguard at a great price. Colin on 4th Oct 2016
I got a 7" hand guard for my SBR, very light, smooth and comfortable. Clean cuts and markings. I would definitely recommend to others.
One thing to note is the Finnish is more of a dull black and almost looks charcoal in color. It's not a shiny gloss black like other rails or some receivers. I really like it but everyone has a different opinion. steve on 27th Aug 2016
I found the handguard to be machined beautifully, it fit without any difficulty and enhances the looks of the rifle. I prefer a rail that is smaller in circumfrance thus keeping the rifle weight down and a better hold for my hand while making quick maneuvers. The guard is lacking only quick disconnect sling pointss to get a top rating.
I heartily recommend Faxon barrels and hand guards for their precision machine work makes a beautiful rifle. ibmikey on 23rd Aug 2016
I saw these at SHOT show this year and was impressed. After using them for a few months, that has not diminished.
I have them mounted on a lightweight 16" carbine and a 18" rifle (Faxon Gunner barrel) and they are rigid and consistent. After running them through a couple of carbine classes, they are nice to handle, they stay consistent with iron sights and red dot optics mounted to them and accept all MLOK accessories just like they should. The installation is nice, but using them continues to be a delight.
I wish they had a provision for an integrated QD sling mount back towards the back, but I've added an MLOK QD socket and I'm doing just fine.
